Passive Potential provides independent Passive House certification and technical performance consulting for high-performance buildings delivered under the Passive House standard.

The company places particular emphasis on commercial and public buildings, while remaining active in the residential sector. Standard process focuses on a structured review, early-stage clarification of certification requirements, and helping project teams through the certification pathway.

Work is undertaken collaboratively with architects, engineers, and Passive House consultants, with the objective of achieving clear, predictable, and successful certification outcomes.
